We understand that everyone has a different budget, and we do not want to require customers to pay the higher carrier cost for Overnight Shipping. For that reason, we allow you to choose the shipping option that works best for you.

🌴 FLORIDA CUSTOMERS

If you are located in Florida, you generally DO NOT need to select Overnight Shipping. Our regular shipping service within Florida typically arrives in approximately 1 business day, making Regular Shipping a great option for most Florida customers.

🍈 CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA

For customers outside of Florida, Overnight Shipping is strongly recommended for highly perishable fruit, particularly during periods of extreme heat.

Overnight Shipping gives your fruit the best chance of arriving firm, fresh, and in excellent condition.

We understand that Overnight Shipping can be expensive, and we do not want to force that additional carrier cost on our customers. You are welcome to choose Regular Shipping if that option works better for your budget.

Please keep in mind that additional time in transit can naturally cause fresh tropical fruit to soften or ripen more quickly. We carefully select and pack every order to help your fruit travel as well as possible.

When Overnight Shipping is selected, we stand behind the condition of your fruit.

If your fruit arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the fruit and packaging, and we will replace the affected fruit in accordance with our replacement policy.

The shipping choice is completely yours. We simply want to give you the information you need to choose the shipping option that works best for you.

❤️ Florida customers: Regular Shipping is generally sufficient due to approximately 1-business-day transit.
