Soursop is a delicate, highly perishable fruit that naturally softens as it ripens. For the best chance of receiving your fruit in ideal condition, we strongly recommend selecting Overnight Shipping at checkout.

Orders without overnight shipping will be sent using 2-Day Shipping. By choosing 2-Day Shipping, the customer understands that the fruit may arrive softer, more ripe, or with some natural bruising due to the additional transit time.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh soursop, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on ripeness, softness, natural bruising, or shipping delays when overnight shipping was not selected.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any concerns must be reported within four hours of delivery with clear photos of the fruit, packaging, and shipping label.
